6 weeks before the proposed start date unless during low

RATES - Include Gas, Electricity, Water, Bed Linen,
Towels (note:
this excludes tea and beach towels), final property clean.
WiFi on request of password and the use of 2 bicycles. If your
stay is for 2 weeks or longer clean linen and towels will be
provided weekly at a nominal charge of £18.00 per week.
DEPOSIT/BALANCE: Deposit
of 25% payable within 7 days of booking £ cheque € bank
transfer. Balance due 6 weeks before start of reservation
£ cheque € bank transfer.
